Shipping & Returns Shipping Fees: We offer flat rate shipping charges for orders that are being delivered within Ireland, the UK and the rest of Europe. Within Ireland a flat fee of €5.00 is charged for all orders less than €50.00 and all orders to the value of €50.00 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders placed before 1pm we will aim to ship your order that day. If an item is out of stock we will contact you be telephone or email. We currently ship all our orders using An Post and Fastway Couriers. For UK and European Customers, delivery is charged at a flat rate of €10.00 (for orders under 5kg). All orders over €150 qualify for FREE delivery! Delivery dates range from 3-4 working days. If you would like to order items to collect from the shop please phone us to place your order on 0646630800. Occasionally products you have selected may not be in stock. It this situation does arise, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you when it will be in stock or if an alternative is available. If you are not satisfied with either option you card will be refunded immediately Returns If the product is defective or you have received the wrong item, we will need to be notified within 7 days of receipt. If the item needs to be returned, the item will need to be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. All goods must be returned in the original packaging with the original labels and receipts enclosed. You can return the items by post or by person to The Crafty Alley Shop at 6B Scott Street, East Avenue Road, Killarney, Co. Kerry. A note outlining the reason for returning the item must be enclosed with the item. If the item is defective a new item will be sent out or a refund for the cost of the product can be given. The postage is not refundable except where the wrong product was delivered or the product delivered was defective.
